She led ICDL Africa’s expansion into eight national markets, securing government adoption of digital skills standards that now reach over 150,000 trainees annually. Through multi-year donor partnerships, she generated steady six-figure revenues, scaled the workforce fivefold, and accredited more than 500 training institutions across the region. She also brokered national-level agreements with ministries and agencies, enabling large-scale digital literacy rollouts in East, West, and Central Africa. Her leadership strengthened financial sustainability, introduced service innovations, and shaped national education and workforce policies that continue to benefit hundreds of thousands of students and civil servants.
